Update: California Stem Cell Internet Outage Enters Fifth Day
Problem may be 'super complicated,' workarounds for some features
The Internet outage at the $12 billion California agency is entering its fifth day with no indication of when it will be resolved. The outage means that its website is down along with normal email capabilities.
The agency has extended the deadline on applications for one of its programs. And its grant management system is accessible via a workaround.
