Shades of 2010? Tardiness, Transparency and Trust and the California Stem Cell Agency

The California stem cell agency, which is handing out $5 billion in taxpayer cash over the next decade, is slipping again this week into a lack of transparency about how it goes about its business. 

The question is whether it will rise to the serious levels of past years when meetings actually had to be canceled because of the problem.
