Correction on Platform Technology Item on Jan. 16

The platform technology item on Jan. 16 incorrectly said that CIRM has had conversations with the FDA concerning its RAPID platform technology. In fact, the reference to the FDA applied to a different effort.

“CIRM has not had conversations with the FDA regarding a specific platform strategy,” the agency said in an email.
