Correction
An item earlier today dealing with the ARS at the California stem cell agency incorrectly stated that the ARS had 18 members. In fact, the ARS will have 20 members. The figure of 18 was based on inaccurate information on the CIRM website, which listed only 18 members for the ARS. Lajara was not listed. CIRM also did not note a vacancy on the panel.
